OLD BUSINESS:
After duscussuon it was decided a vote will be taken at our next (Feb) monthly meeting concerning
the repairs to be made on the asphalt runway at the flying field.

NEW BUSINESS:
"After explination by President Jerry Ewing concerning AMA's introductary pilot program, a motion by"
"Ron Smith, Second by Wayne Mayes, motion passed, that the club would only pay the AMA fees for"
"two flight instructors. Flight instructors for the 2010 year are: Ron Smith, Wayne Mayes, Mark Alley,"
Johnny Eanes and Dean Steele.

"The Mall show schedule will take place on March 13, 2010. Mall officials said they needed additional"
"proff of the clubs insurance coverage at the mall location. Motion by Ron Smith, Second by"
"Bruce Branch, motion passed, that the club pay AMA $20.00 fee which will enable the club to receive"
a certificate of insurance for off site coverage which is required by mall officials.

"Motion by Bob Deal, Second by Ron Thompson, motion passed: that the club designate April 17th 2010 as "
"the Clubs Fun Fly/Swap meet, with invitations extended to other local flying clubs and the residents of"
Kings Grant to attend the event. Club will pay for Hot Dogs and Buns and members will bring a 
covered dish. Time of event is 9am-sunset.

"Motion by Wayne Mayes, Second by Bruce Branch that May 15th be designated as the clubs Spring"
Fly-In. Rain date of May 22nd.
